The car was great (got a small upgrade to a slightly more comfortable car). The pick up was easy, though we had to wait a little to long with our 2 year old daughter. This could be improved by not only having one employee at the desk. One more thing what could be better is the baby car seat. It wasn’t easy enough to use for us.

Bringing the car back was good. No surprices etc.
Also the information on the website is very good and complete. This is what made me book at PINGOUIN CAR RENTAL in the first place. The experience with picking up and bringing back was good, that’s why I would use PINGOUIN CAR RENTAL again en would recommend it.
